Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds are unacceptable:
- Clothes with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- All swimsuits, lingerie and accessories are final sale due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Sale Items
Please note that all sales items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to accept any sale items back, regardless of fit or preferences. We strongly encourage you to review product details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Out of Stock or Defective product
If, during preparation of the order, it turns out that the product is out of stock or the product is defective, we have the right to notify the customer and refund him/ her the money for this product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@myguiltyfashion.com
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
