Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding the day the order is placed).
Shipping time after dispatch typically ranges from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
During high-volume periods (sales or holidays), please allow an additional 48 hours for processing.

If you refuse any shipment from guiltyfashionboutique.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of return shipping. This total will be deducted from any store credit or refund issued.
Guilty Fashion Boutique is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we will review the case individually, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for such claims.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order using the form on our Contact Us page.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where refunds are unacceptable:

Clothes with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
All swimsuits, lingerie and accessories are final sale due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Sale Items

Please note that all sales items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to accept any sale items back, regardless of fit or preferences. We strongly encourage you to review product details and sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
